Website and registration
This website is for Tennessee Hills Country Music and Food Festival 2027 at Kentisbury Grange, North Devon, on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June 2027. Registering your interest is free. It does not reserve a ticket.
Savour & Sound organises the festival. Contact sarah@savourandsound.co.uk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Festival tickets
When tickets go on sale they are sold through our authorised ticketing partner. Once a purchase is confirmed, a contract is formed between you and the organiser. Tickets are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except:
- If the event is cancelled, you get a refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking and transaction fees may not be refunded.
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a face-value refund within a reasonable time after we tell you the new date.
Refunds go to the original purchaser by the original payment method. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Event changes
We may change the programme, lineup or schedule without prior notice. That is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.
Force majeure
If the event cannot take place because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, public health restrictions or government action, we are not obliged to offer a refund. Where possible we will reschedule, and tickets stay valid for the new date.
Admission and conduct
Admission depends on capacity, licensing and entry rules. We may refuse admission or remove anyone behaving in a way we consider unsafe or antisocial, without refund. Follow instructions from event staff and security.
Under-18s must stay with someone aged 21 or over.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for personal property lost, damaged or stolen at the event. Attendance is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under UK law.
